DISGUSTING hotel.

Mouse droppings in balcony.
A/C broken.
Widnows do not close properly therefore mosquitos can come in easily.

1)The water pressure of showers for the apartment room is very low until we can't bath at the same time in the 3 bathrooms.
2)I was asking for some bath gel and shampoo, however, I've been directed in the phone call to different departments until I got into the housekeeping line.
3)The air cond in the living room is definitely malfunction as we felt hot at all time.
