Once again a nice restful weekend at the andaman Staff remembered I had stayed there before
The property is well located and the staff try to please. However it is currently not a 5 star luxury resort and many aspects need improvement including choice of food,cleaning, repair of property and communication. Would not recommend in current state for the price. Thank heavens for the Datai. An email has been sent to the hotel regarding our experience but we have also sent an email to the Executive of the Starwood Group with whom we are members.
Great hotel, location etc. but the biggest flaw is the WiFi which is absolutely useless with no useful coverage anywhere in rooms, restaurants, pool etc. and no alternative. Ruined an otherwise great vacation.
