The shuttle service didn't pick us up from LCCT. Nice hotel, staff very helpful but the hotel itself is located miles from anywhere. Nothing to look at, nothing to interest tourists. OK for a short transit stopover. Hotel has a restaurant serving a limited menu but doesn't open till 7.00 pm.
in future plse have some groceries around,my experience,it is problem for me to get food in the middle of the night,i have to walk for few km outside around 2am to get some food,isnt it problem?your hotel facilities also poor,theres no trolley for baggage,happen to be that time i have quite alot and heavy baggage
Bad ! the hotel failed to pick me up, I had to borrow a mobile to call them. On arrival, 10pm, no coffee bar, no food, no bottled water . Tiny rooms, tho clean, on tthe expess way, imposible to sleep . breakfast....a joke !!
