The Hotel is old and need some TLC.The service of the Housekeeping is very poor I waited 2 hours for housekeeping to bring me some tea bags to my room and only to see that the staff arrived finely with 2 tea bags in his hand. To my opinion the Hotel should be 3 star. I will never stay there again.

There was no internet service in the room. The hotel explained that the internet service was being upgraded (It has happened for the past 3 weeks). My booking was a double bed but was changed without notice to 2 single beds. These problems were really annoying.

Good spread of food for buffet dinner and breakfast. The spa facility OK but underhanded-could not get early spa time on Sunday so left without utilising one coupon
