There was no internet service in the room. The hotel explained that the internet service was being upgraded (It has happened for the past 3 weeks). My booking was a double bed but was changed without notice to 2 single beds. These problems were really annoying.

Good spread of food for buffet dinner and breakfast.The spa facility OK but underhanded-could not get early spa time on Sunday so left without utilising one coupon

Rooms are outdated, carpets very dirty, hotel caters mostly for chinese, moslem and indian visitors, definately not for western people. Food every day the same and very boring, staff does not speak English well and nor do they understand the language. Facilities are neglected, the only good thing we experienced was the beauty salon (staff were well trained and excellent), very noisy. We were very unhappy at the room which we booked, after several calls the management did make an effort to accommodate us - we were grateful for this and also received a letter of apology and complimenty fruit and wine were sent to our room. The friendly staff have made up for the bad experience we had.
