Holiday Villa Subang is another shining example of the excellent standards and one-of-a-kind service that guests can expect from the Holiday Villa brand. While many business-class hotels often lack character, Holiday Villa Subang stands out in the Subang Jaya landscape at a towering 19 floors but still retains traditional Malay features. Onsite facilities, spread across its six point eight acres, are comprehensive to say the least - typical offerings such as outdoor badminton, squash and tennis courts, a gym, spa, outdoor Jacuzzi and four pools (an Olympic-sized pool, learners pool, kids pool and toddlers pool) are readily available. To whom it may concern,

There was a huge misunderstanding between the hotel and your agents. The hotel were under the assumption that my booking is only for room and nothing else. I know what i paid for it was inclusive breakfast and other shall you say "benefits" which is newspaper and others.

The first day when i proceed to the cafe for my breakfast, no one was there to greet or even take our room number down so me and my partner just decided to walk in sit and enjoy our breakfast. Soon after we're done, we told the person who stood at the front of the cafe our room number (709) and to our surprise, she said " you are not entitled for breakfast, please pay ". From there on, the hassle begins, i had to go back to my room, take that piece of paper that i've printed out and proceed to the reception for clarification. They have decided to put the blame on you and this is what they said " The agents that you book from has misinformed us, we are sorry for the inconvenience ".

If this is indeed your fault, please in future, make sure you provide the right information to the front desk to avoid us customers going through this embarrassing and definitely full of hassle situation. If it's not your fault, then i think it would be best to get your management or whoever's in charge to get this sorted.

the room was big and very clean, the money i spent for this hotel is worth it.

The hotel and room is nice however I was disappointed for not automatically giving me two free breakfast everyday. As I have to literally asked them at the time of check in and the reception people were totally lost. 1st day and 2nd day was fine and then again they refused the breakfast to my colleague. Again I have to literally argue to get the breakfast for the 4th day as no one could get the breakfast on the 3rd day. They need to have better trained staff at the reception who can understand the promotions offered by different online booking companies.
