Just found it a little strange that we had to request for towels and had to wait 45 minutes to receive it. The housekeeping attendant even wanted to check in the bathroom before handing it to us!
Everything else is satisfactory except for the housekeeping service.
The service is very slow and not worth of paying so much. We ordered the sunway lagoon ticket online and we request the ticket upon checking in. However we got the ticket at last minutes and some more the tickets are not valid to use. We are so disappoint with the services the hotel provided.
