Please note that there will be no extra bed provided for "2 bedroom and above" although our confirmation voucher states so. This is just to facilitate booking purposes. Should guest require extra bed, it will have to be requested during check in and on guest personal account. It is subject to availability.

Please note that this apartment is strictly for accommodation purpose only. Any kind of events, ceremony, parties or catering held in the Apartment will subject to additional charge of MYR500.00 and guest will have to pay directly to the owner. Such events is only allowed if informed to Wedgewood Management before the event date and subject to approval. Tenant must adhere to the Wedgewood Booking policy terms and conditions listed. Any booking found violating the rules will be deemed null and void, and none of the payment will be refunded..
Wedgewood Booking policy: For Wedding, parties or special event to be held in Wedgewood Residences, strictly 3 bedroom booking is only allowed for such events. 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom bookings is not applicable for wedding, parties, event and etc. To hold events, tenant must first informed Wedgewood Management and fulfil the 3 bedroom requirement. Additional charges and deposit may apply to hold events. Tenant found violating the policy may incur penalty charges of RM500 and face possible eviction. All decisions from Wedgewood Management are final and no negotiation will be allowed regarding violation of booking policy in Wedgewood Residences.
