My booking didn't go thru.

First we arrive at the hotel, the receptionist was polite and helpful. Check in was quick and fast.

Enter the room there's no microwave as advertised. The reception of the TV was poor, no Fox Movies on all 3 TV's (living hall and 2 bedrooms) and the Disney channel was not on all the TV's either only available on the bedrooms. So we asked for a new room, the manager change for us immediately.

Went to another room, the TV in the one of the room keep switch off every 20-30 mins and bugging my kids and the Air-Conditioner on that room is very noisy. I cant sleep with the noise. They need some maintenance and major changes on their appliances.

Starting 1.00am 1st Jan 2013, above or below our room we can hear bass music and people keep banging the door open close every 15-30 mins. Complaint politely to the receptionist and they dont even bother to check on the noise. My wife and i had trouble sleeping, and we can only start to get to sleep around 4am and i can still hear the loud bass music until 9 in the morning.

Overall we do not enjoy our stay this time. Its time to find another hotel on our next family trip to the city. Nomad Sucasa, 1.5 out of 5 star. You need some major changed right away.

Ok. I booked the 2 bedder. Description was "newly furbished" but it was not in actual fact. The description need to change in order not to give not information to prospective customer.
Another feedback is the internet. Only 1 account which is valid for 1 day only per unit. The hotel need to keep up to date with technology. I have a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Just me alone has 3 devices that need internet WIFI access. I was given only 1 account for my booking. The coffee shop I visited gave me access for free. Not to mention a hotel like this/. I understand the need limiting but they can give me 1 account with simultaneous 6 logins. Is that simple.
