Great location for events at pwtc. Facilities are a little tired but clean.Staff id very friendly and helpful
Exceptional value for money when booking through latestays. I have never written a review about a hotel before but this hotel deserves special attention. Fantastic staff who let me check in at 5am, great, comfy beds, good buffet breakfast...I didnt use the gym or pool but both lookede clean and suitable for a hotel of this calibre. You have to go for the Japanesse buffet!!!
This is my second stay at this hotel. Hotel is clean.Location is a plus-point. Staff are polite. I appreciated the fact that they gave my elderly parents a room with a shower stall instead of one with a bath-tub. Will be staying here when I come back to KL
