The htel was excellent, suggest club rooms, Ala and his staff were fantastic and worth the few extra dollars
Hotel is good value for money. A few details could be improved to make the stay more complete. In my case the room (Club Deluxe Suite) was very clean and with lots of space with private check in/out in club lounge, but welcome message on TV in my room was for a Mr. Joseph Ling (obviously a mix up here). Secondly, another couple were brought up to my room while I was settling into the room, although the reception staff were quick to apologise about this. Also the TV in my room lounge area wouldn't work and took a few hours to sort out. So a few hiccups early on in the stay.
On the plus side the hotel is excellent value for money and it is worth paying for club access or suite rooms for the added benefits. Although the club lounge doesn't live up to the standards of some i've experienced in Singapore, the professionalism of the staff is first rate.
The hotel location, while not ideal for some is very close to the monorail and affords easy access around town.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues as a comfortable hotel with good facilities, and would certainly consider staying here again.
