1. The bed was full of bed bugs.. me and my wife had to visit a doctor for the boils and itching on our skin after waking up on the hotel bed..
2. Booked a one day city tour from hotel holiday planner in hotel premise.. the driver provided was a taxi driver and had no information about the city (we were promised a guided tour). Also the driver argued on the entrance fees payment which was clearly mentioned in the i ternary that it s paid by the tour operator. This was trip spoiler.
3. I asked the reception for any other tour operator contact and they were not cooperative in finding me one. Answer i got was this is the only one they know. This s the service they give to there guest.
Overall not a bad experience!!

The air cond in one of the rooms wasn't cooling. Problem wasn't remedied during my 2 nights stay. The inexperienced technician came and gave all sorts of reasons, and to make it worse, the hotel was reluctant to change my room. Totally spoilt my holiday. Highly unprofessional service.
