I would rate my experience with this hotel above average as the room conditions/staff service are above my expectation despite the negative comments in earlier post by other travellers.
I like the location very much as it is away from crowded city which give more peaceful mind during our stay despite the transit is a bit hassle.
If i were to choose my next place of stay in KL, Lanai Gurney will be my first in the list.

The hotel was a serviced apartment, Lots of space and value for money, clean. Good swimming pool. Hot water, some astro/sky channels on the TV and good cleaning service. A bit too far to walk to the LRT if you have young children, but cheap enough to get a taxi into town or other close by tourist sites.
Great value for money, with those travelling in groups of more than 3. My 2-bedroom apartment had 2 spacious rooms, with kitchen, living and dining area. Room service was great with a good spread of local dishes. Room was also clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend to travellers who do not wish to stay in the hussle and bustle of the City.
