Stayed there on 5&6th May. Book the chalet but upon check in the room was not per standard. Fan was noisy, No bulb in the stand lamp. Bathroom tap came out, balcany and kitchen was dirty. However, upon request to downgrade to deluxe room, i was given a better room. However wat happened to the lake and the fountains in IT?
hotel was acceptably clean. but don't stay at the lower floors or near the pool/elevators or rooms facing the flyover. it can be pretty noisy and ruins your sleep.
The hotel was good and the services excellent, We had a nice stay but our room was facing the highway and not much to see.
