Reception was very helpful and friendly.
Everything was good i.e. facilities as well as services. The only let down is that, I have to wait for about 40 minutes to be checked in due to heavy check out. Only managed to be in the room at 3.00 p.m. Early ckeck in is almost impossible.
Overall the room and service is excellent. A few small details to include- shower cap and slippers not available.
