They told me the Quad rooms i booked were not available and changed to Twin & king bed for me. The family members were forced to split themselves into a linked room. Not 1 quad, totally we have 9 quad rooms and 5 triple rooms WERE ALL CHANGED!! WE WERE SO DIASPPOINTED WITH JUST A SORRY AND THAT ARRANGEMENT. IT MADE US DOUBT ABOUT THE RELIABLY OF MAKING FUTURE BOOKING VIA ASIAWEBDIRECT WEBSITE.
Room is clean and neat. Proposed to have more variety on the breakfast buffet. Overall I like the ambience of the hotel and near to Mine Reosrt shopping mall which have so many shops and food to enjoy.
