The Gardens Hotel & Residences

Staying at the Garden Hotel is definitely a more charming and relaxed stay compared to the near by Cititel and the Boulevard Hotel. The Garden lobby is spacious and has a nice ambiance compared to the Cititel which resembles a train station nowadays with high human traffic and noise level.

What is surprising - for such a 4 star hotel - is that the Garden Hotel does not have offer a separate jacuzzi, steam or sauana room. It has a good size gym and a normal swimming pool - and that's it. The breakfast spread is quite good, but, for a discerning and frequent traveller like myself, I found the taste to be short of expectations. I hope the F&B Manager will do something about that.

the2-bedroom suite was awesome with great view. Excellent for family holiday.

I would very much like to stay in the hotel again, h/ever due to the inconvenience of the parking + the flat fee of RM5 whenever we need to drive out, I think the hotel should reserve some parking lots for the hotel guest. Esp the heavy traffic at the shopping mall at all time, we have to go rounds and rounds before we can get a lot, and if we need to travel out to visit relatives, we have to pay for the parking!!! and what makes it worst is we have to search for another parking lots!!!
