good location with great shopping malls nearby, rooms are still very new,we enjoyed to stay in,but the noisy night club sounds disturbed our sleep.Poor service, when i asked for replacing a leaking electric boiler it takes almost 45 minutes with reminders.

We had the 2 bedroom suite with 5 of us. 2 each per room and 1 in a rollaway bed in the living room. The temperature in the living room felt like the heater was on all day through, even though it was on 20deg Celsius. Also, hotel made a very big deal about key cards - each one will be charged RM30 if it wasn't returned... Something I wouldn't expect of a 4-star hotel. Service should be improved - even the duty manager didn't pick up the phone until after at least 6 rings, and on occasion, of us calling back again

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights from 20-24 Aug 12, and again for 5 nights from 27 Aug to 1 Sep. Our flight home was at 2am on Sun 2 Sep and so we asked if we could store our suitcases at the hotel from 10am to 8pm on Sat 1Sep. We were told we would have to pay for a half day - RM194 just to store our suitcases!! We had no option but to do this. However, on Sat pm we saw a guest removing his suitcases from a storeroom adjacent to the check-in desk! I feel we were ripped off!!
