Sri Tiara Residences

The service apartment is situated at a very convenient location. It is well maintained. The 3 bed roomed apartment is a good option for large families. The day before the travel, I contacted the hotel directly and found that they did not have my reservation although this was done well in advance through Asia web. The reception staff were able to provide me a room.
Please note that the price 318 MYR per nightadvertised on Asia direct web does not include tax. With tax the amount came to 370 MYR per night.
During the booking it was not mentined that for a week's stay only two housekeeping services would be provided. This should be mentioned to the customer upfront.
That said, we enjoyed the stay. It's a shame we could not take advantage of the pool and the gym this time around but will be back.
