I'm not sure the twin or queen bed issue was cause by either The Zon or Asia Web Direct. But I don't think I will stay on this hotel and book via Asia Web Direct again.
Such a big hotel and yet there's is only 2 front desk staff on a Christmas holiday. Requested for smoking floor but was given a non-smoking room. Check-in at 3pm but was told that the towels will only be send at 6pm. A lil ridiculous. Staff were unfriendly. Will not come back for a second stay definitely.
