My two daughters (aged 14 and 11) and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. We were upgraded and had a superb two room suite which was excellent. An extra bed was provided for my younger daughter as requested. The service in the hotel is truly superior. An added bonus was the CLUB LOUNGE with great breakfast buffet and snacks (throughout the day). It would be helpful if guests in the club suites were informed that the Club Lounge serves complementary breakfast and snacks. I didn't actually know about this until two days into my four day stay. All in All a wonderful experience and very reasonable rates as well for a 5 star hotel. Will definitely come back

We loved everything about the hotel, the friendly staff greetings, the scrumptious food, the cleanliness throughout the hotel and the room was very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay! We could of spent our whole vacation inside the hotel room!

I had selected the hotel for my anniversary based on user reviews and a good deal. While the hotel messed up a couple of things i had requested they more than made it up with a fair compensation. The services and facilities in the hotel are outstanding. if i had any thought of not coming back are now completed off and i am certainly going to visit the hotel again. the service and staff have won our hearts completely.
