When a guest drinks a liquid, whether from the refrigerator or the night stand, it is usually expected that that liquid will be replaced. For example, I drank a large bottle of Evian Water on Tuesday evening and Thursday I had to call down to the desk to have it replaced, same for the small bottle of Evian in the refrigerator. The worse thing that I can share is that one of my travel companions had $20 US stolen from his travel pouch which was on the desk.
Great location across from the Towers. Nice friendly staff.
