Our stay in Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel was over all rated fair because of some inconveniences that happened. First, during check in were the details of email booking/reservation payment did not match with the hotel's record. Second, the loss of water supply on the last day of our stay in all the rooms in the West Wing. Guests were requested to proceed to the pool area to have their bath there. Very disappointing to experienced such with a 5 star hotel.
Very pleased with the excellent and professional service we received on our stay. We had booked two rooms and had arrived late from Singapore around 10pm we were quickly dealt with and were upgraded to two very large luxury suites. The buffet breakfast was first rate catering for every taste the choice exceptional. We had dinner in the Vogue Cafe restaurant opting for the buffet which was very good. The swimming pool is great combined with the happy hour in the pool bar just what every tourist needs! All in all an excellent classy hotel at reasonable cost.
