Disappointed with the services of the hotel. Staff were unfriendly & rude.
However, room was alright overall & location is good as it is close to main shopping area.

Was very unhappy with the condition of the hotel. All the linen (towels and sheets) had stains on them. We had to request new towels as one had a massive blood stain on it. The corridor to the rooms needs a make over, walls were completey covered in scuff marks and chips, the room near ours had the room number hanging off the wall because it had been smashed, it looked like the corridor of a back packers. Rooms are advertised as have flat screen TVs, they were the old style flat screen not LCD/ Plasma. Also wifi was not free, given the star rating of the hotel none of these issues are acceptable
