I booked this hotel for one night but with the promise of I could check in early on the date of my arival. I got this confirmation from the hotel staff when I called them to ask whether I need to book for two nights as I would arrive at their hotel around 6 am. But they said that I could check in early provided a room is available and which they believed shouldn't be difficult on that day.
But when I went to the hotel they asked me to pay for an additional day if I wanted to check in early (3hrs early) as I asked before. This is utter cheating.
I had to wait for 3 hours with my infant before I could check in normally without paying additional amount. I didn't want to pay as they cheated on me and asked for very high amount. They didn't consider what I said but kept on saying I had to pay for additional day.
Furthermore Asia Web Direct site shows them as FIVE STAR, but they them selves told me that it is only a FOUR STAR hotel. I went expecting a five star hotel but ended in a four star hotel with poor condition and treatment.
So all in all I got cheated by them and misguided by the Asia Web Direct website. So be WARNED.
