Services very bad from the front counter to the room services.

The room was nice. Service at the reception counter wasn't very pleasant. My bad experience was with the parking. When I made the reservation, I was pleased that parking would be free for guests. When I arrived the basement was full - cars were double parked and I couldn't get a space. I finally parked in the open-air car park but was told that I had to pay RM10 per day. When I checked with the receptionist, he said that since the basement parking was full, I could leave my car where it was and I wouldn't have to pay the RM10. Upon checking out, I asked the receptionist again and he confirmed that I didn't have to pay. However upon exiting the car park, the personnel insisted I pay RM10 saying that the reception desk had no say over the parking rates there.

We had the discourteous experience from the Bar. We went to ask for our complementary drink.
First reaction from the waiter girl "you cannot sit here for too long".
We told her that we are ordering another drink as well. Of course the complementary drink was not good for us as there was only coffee,tea and a fruit punch ( with Sugar-we donor take sweet drinks). We asked for alternatives but were firmly told that was it. Suggestion- at least a lime water should be offered for such guests.
Then we asked for a Bloody Mary cocktail. We were not told that use of Tobasco was not allowed in Malysia and we respect that. But we should have been told and the menu should have altered accordingly. Menu still shows Tobasco in the mix. The drink was served by the Bar Manager. We refused to take the drink and the manager simply took it away and never came back to ask if we wanted any other drink.in fact no one bothered to care about us. We have complained to the Duty Manager Miss.Farida who was very nice but looked helpless.
Better ask Corus to improve their customer interactions. Generally staff ewere firm looking.
