I did not appreciate that our room did not meet our expectation. Instead of the requested room with a king size bed, we were given a room with twin beds instead. It was quite disappointing when the room was paid in full and we specifically stated that we will be arriving very late and requested that the room, as such, be reserved for us.
Less recommended for business meetings. Very little and badly assigned meeting space (either too small or too big meeting rooms) with a lot of wasted space in the common areas in the business lounge!
Business accommodation doesn't include the use of meeting space for a limited period of time, e.g. 1 or 2 hours per day. Instead, meeting rooms are available only against extra charges.
Constantly overcrowded and noisy breakfast area at the ground floor level (tourists meet business folks!)
Fast wireless internet connection but not possible to use VPN. I was obliged to buy a temporary 3G data subscription plan from Maxis in order to establish a secure connectivity to my company! The hotel should permit PPTP or L2TP/IPSec protocol, otherwise the Wi-Fi network can only be used for simple internet search (for another hotel?) or for gaming!

A really great hotel. We arrived early, but were allowed to check in anyway. We were also upgraded to a Premier room. Very clean and tidy, after many dirty hotels I've stayed at it Malaysia. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Best hotel I've seen so far.
