Central luxury with a great breakfast to boot!
We usually stay at ascott hotels whenever we travel at asian destinations. This time we just got the most frustrating and very very unprofessional treatment from ascott kl regarding our supposedly extended stay. we stayed for 4 days and we wanted to extend. However we were like forcefully sent out due to the fully booked rooms for the next day but were bluntly told to definitely get out the next day.our plans were all cancelled and was forced to shift to another hotel which fortunately had available rooms . Only when we checked in to another 5 star hotel did the ascott's hotel manager called us and offered her apologies. This is the most frustrating episode of my travels and we shall never never ever probably stay at ascott hotels again,. Tq
The Ascott is an extremely well run apartment hotel in a superb location. The two bedroomed suites are excellent value
