Brisdale Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Ini adalah kali pertama dan terakhir aku menginap di hotel ini. Keadaan lokasi mmg kurang memuaskan. Facilities seperti telefon tidak berfungsi, tv tiada remote control. Serba serbi kekurangan. Pendek kata mmg tak berbaloi.

There is nothing right about this hotel. I haven't seen a hotel with so many problems. No shower head in bathroom, no TV remote, AC was so low (cant even breath), Waiting time at counter, dirty chair in room, Approch hotel and parking is horrible, Chaos in breakfast room, not enough food for breakfast, no documentation about food.

The first REAL impression that i got when i ACTUALLY went there was that the hotel was really in a very poorly maintaned condition. The lobby of the hotel had a foul stench of sweat due to the poor air conditioning facility while accomodating at least 20 over people at that present moment.
The room was totally a nightmare. The tv wasnt working, there were rubbish in each of the drawers, there was visible stains on the bedsheets, the carpet were dusty, the air conditioning in the room wasnt working, the bathtub was horrifying as there were rust stains all over it due to a leaking ceiling above it. The room had very poor lighting as there was only 1 table lamp only and a light at the entrace of the door. The bathroom had the same issue as well. As for the facilities offered by the hotel, it was a total screw up. The swimming pool was murky in color, the restaurant on the 17th floor had a really bad stench that caused nausea. I would suggest to my fellow travelers to NOT visit this hotel, as its not value for money, and the hotel main webpage, was very misleading in terms of its appearance that the hotel potrays, as well as its facilities that it provides. This particular hotel in KL should not be rated as a 3 star hotel based on its overall unappealing condition.
