The stay was generally okay. Although when we arrived there, their elevator was not working so we had to go to our room, in the 4th floor, by stairs. But they were able to fix the elevator the next day, so no more issue there.
I only have 2 concerns. One is regarding the payment for our stay. We were supposed to pay it in cash but then I got surprised when the guy (not sure though if he's the manager or part owner of the hotel) suddenly presented me with a charge slip!!! He didn't even ask how we want to pay the balance! The thing is, I was really trying to clear out my credit card bills and so I didn't want to use it for the payment!
Next thing, during our last night, we ordered plain rice from the hotel's cafeteria. It arrived after almost 30 minutes. On top of that, they didn't even give us any spoon and fork. When I asked for utensils, the service crew never came back.
