The 5 Elements Hotel

Hotel is reasonable given the rates, needs a fresh paint but otherwise good. Breakfast is very basic, must ask for juice as it is not accessible unless requested. Transfers are very poor quality if organised by the hotel, better to do it yourself to get a decent vehicle and a reasonabley capable driver, both times i have organised transfers through the hotel, one driver should not have licence and it was a miracle that we made it to our flight on time, second time the hotel van used was so old it took over 1 hour in a vehicle that was only good for scrap metal. WIFI is good and staff very helpful when they carry through. Location could not be better.

front desk staff failed to respond our request to repair the toilet flush. no toiletries provided till we requested for it.air-con system a bit too noisy.BUT IT IS WORTH PUTTING UP THERE DUE TO IT'S LOCATION. will book this hotel in future.

we were only staying in k.l for 2 nights as a stopover, the location is fantastic, right in chinatown. BUT, we hardly slept because of the noise of the airconditioning, which you need, it was so loud that we had to keep turning it off, then we were hot, we kept waking up to either turn it on or turn it off, not very relaxing !!
