The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows excellent, beautiful view facing the Petronas Towers, Wifi was tempermental, and we enjoyed the movie channel in the Deluxe room. The location was excellent between 2 metro lines, near many major attractions, and KL Sentral. One review that I read suggested there is nothing to eat nearby and the hotel is in an isolated area. We are 2 women and did not find the area isolated as it was only 3 block to Petaling St. The one drawback is that the hotel was full of children at a sports competition, but they did not make much noise during the night. Note that this is the only hotel we have ever visited in KL, so we have no comparison. Finally, we had horrible experiences with taxis and would recommend avoiding them at all costs.

told that hotel will charge 2 ringget more for taxi or if you walk 2 mins out to main road you can take taxi by flagging it.

Toilet and shower in same corner. Not good as i got my feet wet everytime i went to the toilet or sink.
