The front desk welcome was not as friendly as i expected. Also, I was given a queen size bed when i requested a King.
Cleanliness is a major issue with this hotel, definitely not 5 starts when it comes to hygiene.
The service was excellent,prime location.the staff were very friendly and helpful.The breakfast was the best in Malaysia
