had to wait ages to check in with other customers as not enough people on reception. unfortunately hot water was only lukewarm. complained twice, to no avail. had to shout in order to get moved to another room -this spoiled my stay at this hotel
Front desk staff was rude. I got a standard room that smelled like smoke. When i complained i was moved to a second room that smelled like smoke. The third room, which looked like the first, dud at least not smell of smoke but there was no upgrade as per the offer.
Very friendly stuff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, all in all super.
