Swiss Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur

We stayed in this Hotel for 4 nights as Honeymooners, but we had the worst time ever. there where no honeymoon setup made, not even a congratulations wish and nothing setup in the room. The first room we received (non-smoking room) was very badly smelling like an ash-tray. we was not able to stay in the mentioned "DELUXE ROOM" longer than 5 minutes, and we went to the reception to ask for a room change. But the front office Staff where pretending helping us and we was waiting for about 15 minutes without any result. fortunately, the the front office manager came to the front desk and we told her about our problem, which was right away getting another room for us, and she upgraded it even for free, which was the only nice move of this Swiss garden Hotel in KL.
next Day the House keeping didn't cleaned up the room, even we left it at about 1 pm for having lunch outside. we where polite and didn't said anything, as we wanted to enjoy our honeymoon time. the next day, the room get partly cleaned out, but the house keeping were not in the bathroom, no change of towels, no refill of anything (coffea/tea/soap/shampoo). the entire bathroom was still untouched by the house keeping. so we called the house keeping and asked at least for change of towels, which the maid brought by right away, but she was veeeery unfriendly and angry with us, because we complained about not done work.
the next day the house keeping didn't refill again ANYTHING, just put the 2 bottles of drinking water in the room, and 2 big towels, but no hand towels again.
however, we didn't wanted to get mad with that, so we again didn't said anything.
at our last dayt, we wanted to have a last breakfast at this Hotel and we went down to the restaurant and after waiting a queue for 10 minutes, we had no time anymore to wait, as we had to leave to go to the airport.
the Restaurant is definitely to small for such a big hotel. the breakfast is veeeery basic.
One Day we got 5 single strawberries (FIVE) served with cream. we still don't know, for what this complimentary was made, for the bad housekeeping ? for the honeymoon ?
we definitely will not stay in this Hotel ever again, and can't recommend it to couples or honeymooners. also it lodges almost only middle eastern guests and they are very loud in the corridor and you may get really bothered with their noise.
You will have a very memorable time, if you stay in this place. Pay 50 ringit more and stay in a nice place !!!

horrible hotel... i ended up there deceived by the pictures that make it look good... very poor service and unfriendly staff... the bathroom was dirty and old

Close to shopping area and nightlife. No Wifi in rooms, Internet by cable available. Buffet restaurant very tasty but expensive.
