Te pictures look totally different from what we have seen on the website. This is not an hotel in my opinion but an apartment.
Good hotel and service. But there were no hot water. I told about it at reception but nothing changed. Standart room differs a bit from photos. But it comfortable, big clean bed. Very good location.
We have to change 3 times to get the room right for me. First air-con not working, 2nd room also the same and last one right. There a blackout on my first night around 3 am. The emergency exist was locked. It was a terrrfying experience. We managed to another exist and walk down, though the lift was working, we do not to take chance. Understand that it was not the first time it had happened. Reason given was it may due to overloading cos it had full occupancy during our stay.
