Bukit Bintang average

Location is good, center of the Bukit Bintang area. Food center, shopping center, bank, Monorail station and other place is by walking distance. At night is noisy by cafe and disco nearby. The Hotel staff claimed the Hotel is 3star towards 4star but the room that I stayed (Superior) is bad. Room is smiley, few cockroach found, old small TV and reception not clear, freezer not function. Bathroom, no hot water provide, towel given is low quality and turn of color. Room service personal (Bangla) can’t speak English or Malay. The room rate that I stay is not Value for money.
Stay at level 6 Superior Room for 2 days. Out from the lift, start to disappointed, whole corridor passage was dirty and dark, the walls is chipped off here and there, paintwork is like 0 star hotel ratings. Went inside the rooms is a bit better a bit, Dirty and old furniture, wall is dirty,stains at ceilings(look disgusting when u lay on bed) the rooms like abandoned for ages. The bathroom still usable(2/5 ratings), but seriously need some upgrade, shower/tub selector is defective. I recommended NOT to book the superior room as i will never book this room ever again. Breakfast not too bad(3/5 ratings)
