Our facilities also feature the high-speed broadband internet access in the rooms and WiFi Zones at public areas, the Club Lounge, fitness centre, swimming pool and shopping arcade.

The staff were very helpful. Normal check-in time is 2 p.m. but they allowed me to check-in earlier at 11 a.m. The staff never fail to greet you whenever you get to be near them.
Grand hotel lobby but first room shown smelled strongly of mildew. Was given different room with no hassle. Nice view of Petrona Towers, buffet good but Western choices not stellar. We expected more for the money, but did get 2 nights restful sleep in clean, quiet room.
The location was good, the staff very helpful but Free WiFi would make this hotel my "top choice" for KL.
