The hotel is well located right next to Times Square and in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur. We had an excellent experience right from the check-in. Reception staff is very helpful, courteous and ever smiling. Rooms are large and very well furnished. The complementary Breakfast is out of the world. Swimming pool and gym are by far the best I have ever experienced all over Asia, Europe and America for a 4-star hotel. Overall, an excellent experience at the hotel.
Poor housekeeping as our toilet is never cleaned properly during our stay. And it took ages for them to bring toiletries to the room. Worst of all, no one picks up the phone when u call reception.
We came to KL and went strait for our check in at this hotel, hassle free, our rooms were ready before we got there and the staff was very friendly, handed out the room keys without much waiting as we looked very tired from the long journey. I would really recommend this hotel for the price and location they have to offer. Buffet breakfast was also a treat......A++++ would definately stay FURAMA BUKIT BINTANG again!
