Hotel room is slightly old and dated - rooms are big, but furniture is old and bed is unconfortable. Please check when you book this hotel if it includes breakfast as this was a trap for us.
We were put on a floor that was for smoking, even though we were not asked, and the smell both in the halls and within our room was quite disgusting. You could smell the smoke in the room as it came through the airconditioning.
The hotel is very large, always a long wait for the lifts and there is no personal service.
I had to make a special trip to the lobby for internet connection details which should have been given to us at checkin.

Front desk processed our check in promptly. Room was clean. Staffs could be more attentive to hotel guests needs.
