the room was good and comfortable but the breakfast menu was hopeless, did not cater for western tastes at all, even had to pay for eggs if you wanted some. Shame..
The plus point for this hotel is the location. It's just a few min away fron Mall like BB mall and Sungei Wang. A ok hotel for budget traveller. However the breakfast is below standard!! Totally no variety, my partner didnt even try the dish. The so called satellie TV does not provide any decent channel as well.
Good location as near to Bukit Bintang area.
But does not seem to have a 3 star hotel service compared to other 3 star hotels we had stayed in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. More to a 2 star hotel. No toothbrush provided. Poor house-keeping as as rooms were not cleaned properly after our return back to the room.Buffet breakfast pathetic. Cornflakes, bread and nasi lemak. no varieties. no eggs and nn to pay RM5 for eggs request..
