Location wise, all our activities are within 20 minutes walk.
Hotel facilities (except bathroom -leakage and wet after shower) and services (esp chamber maids) are superb and fast.
BF spreads are plenty.

Great location with nearby shopping centres and eateries. Breakfast was too crowded probably because of the holidays but there was a good variety. Always service with a smile from the staff!
