Quiet location with a view of the Johor Straits. Easy to locate. Lacking in toilet amenities; limited choices of food for breakfast. But for the price paid this is to be expected. No daily newspaper provided to room though it was advertised on your website.
Not very satisfied with their facilities as mentioned online was on matches after i go into the room. No hair dryer, Internet access in my room. even towel, shampoo and other basic supplies is not provided. I brough my child which 12 yrs old, reservation counter mentioned no need breakfast payment for him but charges requested when we are using our breakfast for this child.
No air-con remotes in the room, have to ask the staff to bring it up after calling 2 times. The showering tap water flow was not constant, temperature was unable to be control properly.
