Internet access is ridicolous overpriced 35 MYR/24h I just got luck the service was interrupted so no charge at all better if you buy a local SIM and use your mobile for internet access
Some maintenance work needed in the room, but very clean, spacious and comfortable.
This is a really nice hotel. Very friendly staff and excellent facilities. There are several restaurants although it could do with a coffee shop open all the time. Rooms a good size and well equipped.
