When I booking, checking time I put for 3pm but I reach around 4.15 still room wasn't ready and I had to wait for 40min then they said okay you can go to your room. When I reach there still cleaner were rushing to clean any how and left used hand towel for us. Room and bathroom was good not for 5star bur 4star rating. When I booked I thought its in middle of city so we can walking it wasn't like that but good location 12-15min walk to JB central bus and train station even one of shopping centre. Breakfast was also not like a 5Star but okay not many choice if you are vegetarian.
Pillows that we had was very flat,,looks like been around for ages. Thats it! No-way am i checking in to BLUEWAVE..still like Dorsett hotel.
It is 5-10 mins drive to the new immigration/custom check point (JB Sental) thus, convenient location entering to Singapore.
