definitely not a 5* experience. more a good 3* hotel
Newish hotel in a great location if you want to be close to historical sites more than the glitz of the casinos (though Lisboa is not too far away, either). Room a reasonable size but bed could be softer. Complimentary shuttle provided 2x hour, otherwise a number of local buses (one street away) will get you to/from different parts of Macau (Cologne/Cotai Strip/taipa etc) rather cheaply. Breakfast was OK - typical Asian and attempt at Western mix. Pool was nice. Staff friendly with good English. Would recommend and plan to stay there again!
If they can maintain excellent service & value for money, I will definitely return!
