Riga is one of the German founded city (1200s). Not only the capital of Latvia, it is also called the Baltic business capital, since it is the largest and most powerful on the eastern coast of the Baltic Sea. In summer times, people fill up the parks relaxing in the blessing sun. Some are rolling boats along the canal. The city is lively both in and out of the sun light.
