The booking was for a Garden View Room - however, the view was of a concrete car park - not a garden in sight (it was called Block B). The beds were like rocks, the fridge didn't work, it smelt of mould & the staff used the block as storerooms and possibly sleeping quarters - they sat around outside the rooms talking for a good part of the night. The block containing the Garden View rooms was next door and looked at least 100% better than the ones we were allocated. Upon complaining the next day, we were moved to better accommodation located underneath the restaurant , which was a wee bit better. All up, I would NEVER stay at this hotel again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.
