The Apsara, as well as having beautifully designed rooms, including terrace with a view to die for (but you dont have to), also has a restaurant serving modern European and Asian food and the driest Martinis in town.
Staff is delightful, food was good. We would definately stay there again if we ever return to Luang Prabang. We were impressed that the hotel had a list of other restaurants they recommended instead of just pushing their own. Somehow though we missed the fact that the breakfast was only a continental breakfast. That said, the amount of food provided was sufficient and quite tasty.
