It is a small Lao style house and has only 5 rooms. Client will share this Villa with other guests as well. The large 5 bedroom Villa, with private pool, a big living room, finest linen, LCD TV, satelite TV, free wifi, a spacious kitchen, two terraces. Designed to accommodate 10 persons or more, built in finest Laosian solid woods. Lush tropical gurden, coconut, tamarin and palm trees, hammocks, pool deck chairs. Away from touristy area but near perfect location; only 20 minutes from the airport, and only 15 minutes drive outside the museum/royal palace and night market streets, where most restaurants and bars in Luang Prabang. 35 minutes drive from Kuang Si Waterfalls.

It is lovely but it is not in Luang Prabang town!!!! It is at least a 20 minute drive to town.
