Located approximately 3kms from the centre of Hirafu and the winter ski areas, The Chalets at Country Resort provide the perfect escape for groups and families. Nestled between the Osawa stream and Shiribetsu river within a forested valley enjoy the relaxed and fun atmosphere of Niseko in the safe and friendly environment of Country Resort, all year round.

All our 33 luxury, self-contained chalets feature:

All properties at The Chalets at Country Resort are fully self contained and as such do not have a daily cleaning service. Bookings of four (4) days or more will receive periodic scheduled cleans, linen & towel change and rubbish removal, outlined to guests upon check-in.

During the winter season there is a regular scheduled door-to-lift Ski Shuttle service between The Chalets and Hirafu Village free for all guests to use during their stay. It runs from early morning into the evening. There is also a call-out service for you to take you anywhere in the local area at an additional fee, charged depending on time and distance.

Our friendly, experienced, and multilingual concierge team are on call to assist you from the moment you book your accommodation, through to the end of your stay. Prior to your arrival our team can help you arrange services such as airport transfers, tours, equipment rental and ski lesson. Once you are here one of our concierges will welcome you and bring you to your chalet for check-in. They will give you the details of any pre-arranged bookings, explain the shuttle services and the features of your chalet. Our goal is to ensure your holiday is as comfortable and carefree as possible, and should you ever need assistance with anything from restaurant reservations to adventure tours, massage bookings to fishing tackle and BBQ rental, we will be there to help.

Check-in and check-out times to The Chalets at Country Resort have been set to meet the transport schedules of the majority of our guests. Check in is from 5PM and check out before 12PM. Early check-in may be arranged with advance notice, subject to availability. Late check out is permitted with minimum 24 hours notice and subject to availability at a fee of ¥10,000. Any ad-hoc late check out will incur a ¥10,000 per hour fee.
