**As of 24th August 2011, the Venice city council has applied a daily city tax to be paid directly at the hotel (1.50EUR:per person / per night). Children up to 10 years old are exempted. It is not applied beyond the 6th night stay**

The apartment, bright and welcoming, is composed of a wide living room with dining area and a double sofa bed in the sitting area, a living-in fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
The wooden floors and the ceiling beams, with simple but functional furniture, make this apartment a charming place to go back after a long touring day.
Independent heating, TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher are provided.

The studio apartment has a wide open space under the roof with a wise separation of the different areas thanks to the forniture. The sleeping area has a double bed and a big wardrobe; the living area has two confortable couch; a studio area with a library and a desk, a fully equipped kitchinette area with its dining area, a separate bathroom with shower. The studio has indipendent heating and air conditioning.
The choosen forniture and the roof wooden beams make this studio a romantic "alcova" for a couple.
