**As of 24th August 2011, the Venice city council has applied a city tax to be paid directly to the apartment (2.50 per person/per night). Children up to 10 years old are exempted. The city tax is not applied beyond the 6th night stay.**

The apartment is located at the first floor of one independent building in a lane whereabouts Campo S. Maria Formosa, near S. Mark?s Square and the Rialto Bridge.
